The choice fell immediately on the classic and timeless meatloaf tuna .... raise your hand if you do not love ??
So ... wham! via the eggs, which have the sole function of binding the dough (and then we should not cook), and via the Parmesan, which is very good but tends to cover a bit 'all tastes!
With what we replace ?? A potato big to tie it all, two carrots and a beautiful pink turnip, which not only gives the salami its typical color, but also makes it a true concentration of useful substances to health due to its anti-anemic (think turnips contain a substance that can revitalize the red blood cells in the blood and to rebalance the levels celerity consulting group of iron), antiseptic, celerity consulting group nourishing and restorative (did you know that would be among the foods to be preferred during influence ??).
Boil potatoes, turnip and carrots and mash them (I used the blender). Pass to the mixer the tuna, anchovies and capers rinsed under water.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. Added a little 'bread crumbs at a time, until you get the right consistency for the meatloaf, then transfer it onto a piece of waxed paper (you can also use the transparent film, but with the baking paper is easier) and dateglia form Salami.
This meatloaf is fantastic !!!!! Amazing idea !!!! We eat little tuna, but it is really interesting prepared so !!!! And maybe I can also make eating turnips my puppies, who just do not want to eat !!! Moreover there I have in the garden ...... more good than this !!!! Reply Delete
