Here comes the new year update number two. After a wonderful dinner approached at the 12 and it stood on cake. I gave the cake a little twist by mixing peppermint aroma in the glaze and licorice don dare food for thought powder don dare food for thought in the dark chocolate ... and it can be recommended. The decorations consisted don dare food for thought of sparklers and edible butterflies. In addition, the tower was surrounded by small cake tops with chai ganache.
Whips egg whites and sugar in a bowl and crumble marzipan little at a time while stirring. Stir until you have a smooth paste. Roll the dough into bars of approximately thumb finger thickness. This is easily done with the least mess by putting don dare food for thought the dough on a piece vita wrap and roll dough in it. Cut the dough then into bars of 10 cm, 12 cm, 14 cm etc. up to approximately 30 cm. Then we cut a small ball of it that may remain. This must represent wreaths cake top.
Form the rods to the rings and place them on a baking sheet and clamping rings one anselse the top, so it will be a little triangular. Behind it in the oven at 210 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on the oven. The cakes should be easily browned without being hard in the middle. Cool the cakes on a wire rack and place them in the freezer for a day. Freezing don dare food for thought must be made to give the cake its spongy don dare food for thought center.
Glaze: Stir icing sugar, egg white and peppermint flavors together don dare food for thought into a uniform mass. Fill then the icing on a piping bag or plastic bag and cut a hole. Spray the glaze out of marzipan rings and let them rest for the glaze is completely firm.
Licorice Chocolate: Melt the chocolate over a water bath and season with liquorice powder. I spent a little don dare food for thought over a tablespoon. Lubricating then the chocolate on the underside of the rings as the cake stacked. The chocolate works the way as glue. Finally, decorate with butterflies or other decorations. Place the cake in a cool place before serving.
