Maybe it's because I'm older - or it's probably just enough. For several years I have been so tired of all the requirements for how we should eat, work out, watch out, walk and stand. And besides sticking all instructions in different directions, so how are we ever be able to follow them? The last six months have a thought and feeling germinated in me - why should amazing food photography I look any different? And why is it I am unhappy with my body?
I am yoga instructor, massage therapist and clairvoyant counselor with a penchant amazing food photography for humans. I am eternally curious and inquiring. I write my columns from my own experiences and their own lives. I do not have the recipe for life, love, or the flat stomach. And I do not think there is one. The ideal body or perfect body. Is it? I think we are all a little differently built. Someone has long legs, others plump butt, some shortcomings (in the following. Themselves) something to fill the bra out. Shorter arms, long torso, thin thighs and so on. But everything is not as it should be? Is it really meant, we all need to be super well trained, have the same flat 6-pack stomach and the smaller the number of jeans we can pull in, the better? amazing food photography I compare. It is so embedded in me. If I see a beautiful woman, I can be so intimidated that I get the urge to climb with the panels. I am not slim like her. Has not the immaculate skin, as she has. Can not set the hair on the wildly adorable way she can. Can not move my body as beautiful amazing food photography as she can. Always been round
I have always been to the round side. Maybe not in the third grade, but as long as I can remember, I have been larger (rounder) than the other girls. Unless they were decidedly overweight. For it was, and is, I do not. But the overweight was somehow easier to identify me bodily with. I do not have body like the stereotypical yoga instructor. Or Zumba instructor. Or boxing instructor. For the things I have taught. I have always been active. Swimming and dancing from 4-5 years of age and 10 years. Tried me with badminton and basketball. Then fit-pixie. Beaten around the aerobics halls. Pulled, pushed, lifted weights in the weight training room. For in the end even to become an instructor. But no matter what I've been doing has been soft abdomen, thighs amazing food photography been rich and the body is solidly built - good Jutland working genes. Food intake plays a role - and yes, I can have a sweet tooth, and have a tendency to a distorted relationship with food. But overall I eat healthy. So why am I still not super fit of appearance? amazing food photography I mean, feel guilty just considering a ice, some chocolate or other filth qualifies well for a super slim and visually fit body. Do I really look at why I am unhappy with my stuff? And what is the basis for my dissatisfaction. As I said, I do not stereotype of a yoga instructor. But honestly, amazing food photography and in a very serene moment ... so what? I KNOW I'm a skilled instructor, and it is not the most important amazing food photography in this context? I am so tired of criticizing my body
I myself believe I have big arms, thighs and stomach / hips. But where does the self image come from? Yes, it's all around a bit, and it is sick annoying that leggings or tights must always squeeze amazing food photography into the critical point of the hip. But honestly ... Western woman's problems, right?
Who says my sleeve shall have the same Crown Princess Mary, Beyonce or Hillary Swanks (beautiful and delicious women in general)? As long as I'm healthy, there is probably no reason to be dissatisfied. If you are unhappy, preserved - so, we have to do something about it. Change it or accept it. If we are overweight and poses a health-threatening condition for ourselves, we will also consider to react to it. But all in all, for my part - I'm tired of the game.
